At Motrafa, all abayas and jalabiyas are made to order, which means that once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. We are committed to high-quality products, so we ask our customers to double-check the details before confirming the order.

We accept return requests within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, only in the following cases:

1. A clear manufacturing defect in the piece.
2. The product does not match the order (e.g. an error in design, colour or embroidery caused by the site).

• If the return conditions are met, the amount paid will be refunded within 7 working days after our team receives and inspects the piece.
• Custom or altered products made at the customer’s request cannot be returned.

Apart from the cases above, the customer is not entitled to request a return.
